She transitioned into her real estate career in 2015 after dedicating 18 years to the hospitality industry. Molly’s background in hospitality has refined her customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with her clients. In addition to her real estate career, Molly has been actively involved in the community serving on the Berkshire Hills Regional School Committee and holding leadership positions on both the Berkshire County Board of Realtors and Berkshire County MLS Board.
